Nature provides an abundance of resources for us to heal, balance, and thrive.
To live our best, we must feed ourselves not only with clean air, water, and food … but with actions that support our wellness,
and experiences that bring us joy and light.
We often forget that we are a part of nature just as much as the plants, the animals, the waters, and even the stars.
By truly supporting the health of our own body, we are also supporting the health of the planet and the greater good.
(Holistic Health Coach & Yoga Instructor)
I grew up in a small town in the mountains, and have felt passionate about the planet's health since childhood. I've always appreciated my connection to nature and how it enriches my overall health and well-being.
I have also been a dancer since childhood, which led me to complete my B.A. in Dance from UC Santa Barbara. After college, I continued to enrich my love for movement and knowledge of the human body. I became certified in Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I then completed trainings in Hatha Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga with the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA. I went on to study Reiki with the Usui Reiki Institute and the Jikiden Reiki Institute. Since 2010, I have taught dance and creative arts to various age groups from preschool -12th grade. I have also taught Restorative and Hatha yoga in studios and treatment centers.
After a profound experience with healing through dietary changes, I studied nutrition and health coaching with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I then continued my studies (through various courses and programs) in both coaching skills and plant-based-nutrition. I now help clients to discover their own balanced diet and lifestyle.
